Poems by Eric Glazier

Winter Demise

Dark evening
Frozen lake
Deep snow
Not near stopping

Watch woods
Near sleep
Go

GO!
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Clear

Clear
See through
See to the other side

But,
Fog…
The universe is foggy

You cannot
See

Through
Time
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Blood is gold

In a world
In a drought
Without good about
Evil runs free
And soon does fear

Why am I here in a world, of fear
My soul is sold

Bloods, becoming
Gold…
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What’s not there

Sound we can't here
Colors we can't see
Places we can't comprehend
We cannot see, the end

Did it really happen?
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Flying Knives

We try
And try

To fly with knives

But
When flying with knives

You're bound to go blind
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
End and after

The journeys
Not over

It's just begun

Rocks are falling…

From the sun

The fights not donje
No

It's just begun

PICTURE 1: In this picture you can see the contrast of the colors of Fall. All the leaves are brown, but the plant is green and it also has some yellow.

PICTURE 2: This picture is from the hallways of the high school. I took it because I found really interesting the fact that there’s always signs saying the class/hallway you’re in, but in this case, it was written with paint. I don’t know if this is a coincidence, but the only place where I’ve seen this is in the basement, where all the art classes are.

PICTURE 3: One day we went outside to take pictures in the forest. Then we saw a beautiful and weird bird on a tree and we took some pictures. I found a feather of the bird, and I really liked the colors (the bright yellow).

PICTURE 4: This picture is from one of the first days of photography class. We were still learning how to use the cameras, and our assignment was to look for interesting things inside the school. I thought this was a very nice light, because the shadows of the stairs. This is called leading lines.

Best friend
My best friend amazing and kind
Loving and caring
love her the most
we’re like really close
Hangouts everyday, sleepovers every night
we drink our favorite hot chocolate
To be extra cozy at night

Rule 1:
Answer the alarm quickly.
Start the fire swiftly.
Burn everything.
Report back to the firehouse immediately.
Stand alert for other alarms.

Well,
It was a pleasure to burn.
Who’s got a match?
Kerosene NOW!!!
Eager to erase with a blazing tease.
All right, let’s get em
Fire flickers,
Vibrations shuddering.

Then…
The sounds of death,
The first bomb struck,
V-2 Rocket… boom
It’s flat...
